Halloween Bash!	Join us for our Halloween Bash on Wednesday, October 28th starting at 5:30pm! We'll be serving chili & hot dogs! The costume contest will take place at approximately 6:00pm. The contest will be divided into two age groups. Group One: 0-5 Years Old. Group Two: 6 and Up. Dress to impress! Prizes will be awarded! Treat bags will be given to all children attending the party. Winners for the Fall Patio Contest will be announced at the end of the Halloween Bash!	2009-10-01

River Pointe Food Drive!	Our canned food drive takes place from 10/1/09 - 11/30/09. We know times can be difficult for everyone. All canned items may be donated at our leasing office. New Lead Maintenance	Mike Mounce as of 4/24/09 Michael was raised in Jonesboro, AR and moved to Robinsonville, MS in 2007. Mike has been with JS Property Management since February 2007. Mike has a lovely wife and several nieces and nephews. Mike's goal for River Pointe: To be as dedicated to River Pointe and to have goals to work smarter and harder for the property. He would like to start having more preventive maintenance with all the units. He will try to get work orders done in a timely manner and will come out as soon as possible. New Manager	Kathy Adams as of 4/20/09 Kathy was raised in Corinth, MS and moved out to Southaven, MS in 1996. Kathy has been in property management since 1991. She has 2 daughters, 3 grandsons, and 1 granddaughter. Kathy's goal for River Pointe: To bring the community back up to speed, take care of the residents, and to work on improving the look of River Pointe. New Assistant Manger	Amanda Matlock as of 3/18/09 Amanda was raised in Westmoreland, TN and moved out to Horn Lake, MS in 2007. Amanda has been with JS Property Management since July of 2007. She has a husband, 1 daughter, and 1 son. Amanda's goal for River Pointe: To help the resident(s) in any way that she can. She understands the economic life in Robinsonville and has seen the progression for the past year and half. She is willing to work with you and along with our companies polices.
